Our values

Every day at The User Story, we live out our four values. They shape everything we do, the decisions we make and the way we approach our work, and most importantly, the way we treat each other.

Real relationships

We create real relationships with others, and we're genuine with all our interactions. We're open, try to show strength and vulnerability when we need to, and remember that everything starts with people.

Design is decisions

Design artefacts - wireframes, UI and documentation - are secondary to the strategy. Design is just effective decision making. Doing the right thing and achieving goals is more important than churning out mockups.

Succeed together

Every person is valued above all else, whether it's in our team, within a client team, or outside The User Story. We work together as a unit. When we fail or win, we fail together, and we win together.

Never finished

We'll always go above and beyond in everything we do. Our value isn’t measured by time, but in results. Our work is never done and there's always something more to do, and somewhere further to push the product.
